Who runs QogitaScout

QogitaScout is run by WhiteKnight Software Design - FZCO, registered in the IFZA free zone, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (licence 87386). Contact: support@oahero.com.

What we store

• Your Seller Oracle account: your Seller Oracle user id, email and name, and the sign-in token Seller Oracle gives us, encrypted.
• Your claims: each claim's state and dates, the name and company name on your Qogita account, and the proof image you add, until the claim is decided.
• A cookie in your browser keeps you signed in.
• Your IP address, for up to a day, to limit repeated sign-in attempts.
• Qogita's catalogue and prices: the products and prices Qogita gives our own Qogita account.
• Amazon listings and their Keepa history: the Amazon listings Qogita's products are matched to, and each listing's history of prices, sales rank and sellers, as Keepa gives it.
• ASINs from OA Hero's extension: the Amazon product codes (ASINs) OA Hero's browser extension asks about that we couldn't price yet, so we can look them up on Keepa. We keep nothing about who asked.

Signing in

You sign in with your Seller Oracle account. Seller Oracle's privacy policy is at selleroracle.com/privacy.

Proof images

A proof image is deleted the moment its claim is decided. The decision and the names stay.

Who else handles your data

Render (hosting) and Seller Oracle (sign-in). Each handles it on our behalf.
